"Dubok" or VSR or (Scholfield) Pattern.

This "woodland" type of camo is based off of oakleaf patterns and is quite effective. This pattern was in develoment as the Soviet Union fell and was the first pattern for the Russian Federation army. So this pattern falls in the East Wind time frame of very late 80's and early 90's.
