Eye Protection

Full seal eye protection is required. Plastic goggles that
are ANSI Z87.1 rated, or metal mesh goggles with mesh tighter
than 20 square are acceptable. Eye glasses, shooting glasses,
and other similar eyewear are not acceptable.
- Remember that you are literally going to be living with goggles
on at ALL times while outside during East Wind. The goggles may
come off only when you are safely insode of a tent. Make sure
that your goggles fit well and are comfortable.
- Mesh goggles are a popular option both for the fact that
they do not fog and also for their inherent scratchproof design.
Mesh does cut down on light so at night you may find that standard
solid lens goggles are better then so bringing a few different
pairs and switching them out at times can be handy.
