Eastwind's medic rules differentiate between those who are
wearing helmets and body armor and those who are not. While we
do not require helmets and body armor, we do suggest it. You do
not need both to be mediced, one or the other will do just fine.
Body armor may be any issue style body armor that DOES NOT have
molle webbing on it. We are not looking for go-fast plate carriers
here, just real basic stuff. PASGT vests are a very economical
vest to go with as are issue Brit or German flak vests.
