As has historically been the case, we will be heading down to DDAP June 17-19 to drive trucks in support of the D-Day paintball game.

As usual, I encourage anyone who wants to make the trip down to come along and chip in.  If you can drive a big truck, that is obviously a help but even if you cannot, we always prefer to have a #2 in each truck to help insure everyone gets loaded up ok plus of course to give the driver a second set of eyes when maneuvering.

I think we are mostly getting our big trucks from the D-Day pool.

I will hopefully be taking one of my Deuces - and maybe the Kei truck if I can figure out how to load and unload it form the Deuce.

It is a pretty good time - get to drive trucks around and have fun and it helps Dewayne out a lot.

My schedule is up in the air right now but I put it down. I don't know how to drive a deuce...yet.

Driving a deuce is a piece of cake. I'd be happy to show you in mine.

I just got some 94th Infantry Division vinyl stickers off Ebay. I'm going to put them magnetic sheets and then on the doors of the deuce. The 94th saw most of it's combat well after D-Day but they kicked butt and that's cool.

Is the little calf roasting truck I drove last time going to be there?   Grin

...If so is someone going to be passing through Kansas City on the way to DDay on Thrusday/Friday-ish?

There's an east wind coming, such a wind as never blew on England yet. It will be cold and bitter and a good many of us may wither before its blast. But it's God's own wind none the less, and a cleaner, better, stronger land will lie in the sunshine when the storm has cleared.

It is not - but I am sure there will be plenty of opportunity to drive other trucks ;-)

No luck, got a meeting scheduled with some mucky-mucks and it got pushed to that week due to my anticipated locale.  Pooh, I thought they'd go for the Philly course the following week.

Depending on how things go I might stay home. Things are bleak at work and the near and far future is uncertain. It might be wise to save the money.
