OD chest rig?  Yep.

Stoner MG is in as a machine gun... it is not really an AR platform.

Early Registration ends midnight Tuesday. We forgot the craziness that is post Thanksgiving consumerism and we did not want to not interfere with the Cyber Monday binge buying.

So we have extended it 24 hours. Sign up soon to get 25% off your total event fee.

We assumed the battle rifle side would be low and would need encouragement, but so far it's running about even.

If you want an excuse to buy a new AEG, the Ardeans do give some neat options though! Stay tuned to the blog or Facebook for some discussion of one platform in the next few days.

Have you filled out your survey? We sent every attendee an email asking various things we need for planning, and almost half of you never returned it. As we get to assigning squads (soon!) we need this.

So, check your inboxes and bug your comrades. If you still cannot find it email it back to info@centralwar.com as soon as you can.

What is your name? (Some PayPal addresses are with companies, spouses, etc. so we need to make sure):

When do you expect to arrive at the field?
0600 on Friday -- 1200 on Friday -- 0600 on Saturday

For the remaining items, please only answer if "yes," or "maybe."
Feel free to elaborate or ask questions if not sure.

I have command experience, and am willing to be a Squad Leader or take a Company staff position:

I will be bringing a machine gun:

I will be bringing a support grenade launcher or rocket launcher:

I am willing to be a Combat Medic for my Squad:

I am willing to be an RTO (radio operator) for my Squad:
If you also have a radio, please tell us what it is:

And also, since we never announced it after many promises here, the blog launched a couple weeks ago:

Everything is cross-linked to Facebook, but if you hate that, then check here or subscribe to the feed to get updates.

I filled out my survey.

Is it likely the half that never returned it aren't on the EW forum?

It was posted elsewhere as well. This is just to catch those who may gravitate to this forum more than other places.

Sometime we'll also re-nag over email, or send letters or something.

Would TAG's new grenade launcher be allowed as a standalone weapon?

Not sure what that is trying to look like, but off the top of my head it looks like nothing real.

In principle, a standalone GL is just fine. But a fantasy weapon not so much:

Rocket & Grenade Launchers:
Support weapons are not individual pellet throwers but are aimed devices that project one or more projectiles.
Support weapons must be visually similar to real weapons...

If it looked like a standalone M320 or anything, sure, but this is odd looking to me. Prove I am wrong though!

That is why I asked.  The TAG launcher is made to resemble a GP-30, with whatever deviations they needed for the CO2 system.  I did not know where you drew line, or if there were standalone GP-30s for that matter.

I am probably getting one regardless, so I could let a call be made at the event.  I was just hoping to sort out in advance whether my gear would need to carry full TAG shells or just projectiles.
