Comrades,

Effective immediately: As the senior ranking WARPAC officer remaining locally, I am assuming command of all WARPAC forces in the immediate vicinity.

This includes all units located between Eastings 3400 and 3600 and Northings 4060 and 4072.

Immediate orders are to remain under cover.

Disregard orders sent on 24 February. The actions ordered in them are so destructive to WARPAC forces - they can only have been issued by those wishing to destroy our forces.

The contamination is of such a level that exposure for only a short time will cause death.

We must preserve our forces for the follow on actions.

The WARPAC forces will need our skills to be the vanguard of the advance once radiation levels have dropped enough to resume the initiative.

Practice all methods to safeguard yourselves. And prepare to take the offensive when called to do so.

Maintain your equipment and stay vigilant.

Use existing wired communications - but do not expose yourselves to install or repair the systems.

Further orders from this station will be forthcoming.

If Sr. Lt. Kuperov wasn't turned into a greasy glowing smear during the initial volley, he'd be fucking cheering right now!

Go get 'em, you fucks!

At the rate things are going, will there be anything left to deploy for? And even if I had my NVA issue NBC suit, what good would it do? Assuming the material it was made out of wasn't decomposing.

Against radiation your NBC suit will do nothing.

Make sure you understand fallout and shielding (mass).  Chernobyl already proved that wearing lead suits is neither practical or effective.

The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some cool ideas!

Always carry two trauma kits.
One to induce trauma, and one to reduce trauma.

You want a lot of solid stuff between you and the outside world right now.

Preferably with air filtration systems.

Watch the "about fallout" video to understand.

Like I said in the NATO thread, anyone who does not know all of that is already up there dead with Sr. Lt Coop...

I am aware of that. More of a tongue in cheek comment.

Just remember to take your "anti-radiation" pills...
