Gentlemen... Behold!

I'm sure no one gives a damn at this point, but there you go. Matches the original manual's 5.5 hr battery specs almost exactly, except it's a NiMH instead of a NiCd. Still not too hot on run time, but it did technically last the longest so far before squelch popping set in. To get 5.5 hours out of it one must have to very seldom transmit. I did also find that the battery recovers considerably after long periods of transmit. That is, if you've drawn it down enough to start it popping, it will bounce back if you reset the squelch and leave it alone for a bit. Temperamental little bastards these 771's.
