-If you are quartered in a large enough tent, then a footlocker is the ideal box to bring to Eastwind. They tend to be large enough on top to use as a table or nightstand, and roomy enough inside to store all or most of your possessions. It also keeps your duffle bag up off the (wet) ground.
-If you can't find a European/Soviet footlocker, remember, a US foot locker works just as well. If the color bothers you then repaint it with forest green paint.
-Most are also mouse proof, which does not seem like a big deal until a mouse moves into your sock pile.
